My recent stay at Dar Warda in Marrakech was truly exceptional. the riad is located in the heart of the historic Medina, just a 10-minute walk from Jemaa el Fna square. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, including Fatima, Farida, and Mahdi, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our 6-night stay. the breakfast, served daily on the terrace, was a delightful experience with a variety of Moroccan dishes prepared with skill and care. the staff's assistance in arranging excursions, including a day trip to the Atlas Mountains, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The riad itself was a peaceful haven amidst the bustling city, offering a serene atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring. Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities like effective air conditioning to keep us comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the surprise birthday party arranged by the staff on the rooftop terrace, complete with a traditional Moroccan dress gifted to the birthday girl. This personal touch exemplified the genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness of the hosts. Dar Warda provided a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a unique and culturally rich stay in Marrakech. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a group like ours, this riad offers a blend of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality that truly sets it apart.
